Jim Muenz grew up in Chicago and graduated from Southern Illinois University where he was a nationally recognized gymnast. He has been in the Seattle area for over 15 years and now resides in Kirkland with his wife Christine and three children: Tanner, Adam, & Grace.
Jim's extensive knowledge of the housing industry began with an earlier background as a general contractor. Jim initially chose to specialize in new construction and residential resale properties but has since added relocation & commercial real estate to his areas of expertise.
